Coverage
Every Rahat appliance includes a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage ranges from 2 years on small appliances to 12 years on washing-machine motors and refrigerator compressors. The exact term for each product is shown on its product page.
What’s covered
Functional defects under normal household use, including motors, compressors, electronics and sealed systems within their stated period. Replacement parts and labour are included for covered claims.
What’s not covered
Cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, commercial use, and consumable parts such as filters and seals beyond their expected life.
Making a claim
Contact support@rahat.example with your order number and a description of the issue. Most claims are resolved within 48 hours, with on-site service or replacement arranged at no cost where applicable.
