30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Visit your account’s order history, select the order and choose “Return item”, or email support@rahat.example. We’ll arrange free collection for large appliances.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away. We’ll prioritise a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
